My previous rant disappeared

Allright, since my previous bitchfest dissappeared,i'll have to repeat myself a little. A few points:
1.Boy & girl are in middle school together where she beats him up repeatedly (I liked him,it's how you show affection when you're 12)
2.Hang out with groups of friends going to movies and the park. That's the extent of middle school friendship.
3.After high school graduation,boy and woman are "friend w/benefits" once or twice (no sex though,thank god).I stop returning his calls.
4.He finds me on myspace after not speaking for 5 1/2 years.
5.I call him,in the course of a 5 min coversation he mentions sexual stuff we did, 3+ times.And mentions he's engaged.Mentions we should get together for beer,i say "whatever,gotta go".
6.Boy (yes,still a boy). send email saying that "we should get together,get drunk and relive old times. me and you,sound good?"
I reply back basically saying that he pissed me off last time because of all the bs talk about sex stuff,there's nothing to relive,i have a boyfriend and you shouldn't be talking about that stuff with me if you know i have a man, and he is engaged.and to feel free to forget my #. so he sends me back an email saying that i took it the wrong way, that he wanted to relive old middle school times (did he want me to beat him again,cause i still can)and that he already mentioned it to his fiancee and was going to see if she could go, but whatever.

If you're still reading--thanks guys.Here's my questions: Did I overreact? Do you think he really had no intentions of trying for drunken sex or is he just trying to cover his own ass? Not that I regret sending the email in the least...cause i couldn't give a shit about the guy and didn't miss him in the least bit.
