This is very true. A couple of years ago I let me then-girlfriend start talking to her ex again (she said she missed him 'as a friend'). Next thing I knew she was telling me how sorry she was for falling for him again. Took her a while to tell me, too. Fucking bitch.
One of the best ways to become happy after being viciously screwed, is to focus all your hatred and anger and negative feelings on that bitch ex of yours, to the point where there's no more negativity left for anything else.
