Well, theses days we never really know who we are marrying so i think it makes perfect sence that theses contracts should be mandatory. Sure that means that the sentimental side of marriage is discarded but like i said you never really know who you marry, and since it's pretty easy for a woman (or a man, dosent really matter) to fake feelings nothing guarantees that a person is not marrying for money or property so the ones that do have a lot of money should protect themselves, makes perfect sence.. no one should be obligated to marry knowing that if they get separeted half of their life's work is going straight to the hands of someone who broke their heart..
