Another concept love can't conquer is social class. Many otherwise solid relationships have taken dirt-naps the moment one person realized the other person didn't measure up to their Social standards.

Whether you like it or not, everyone judges everyone on everything. Especially in a class-oriented society like America where success and attractiveness are all about appearances: What you drive. How much money you make. What you do for a living. Where your butler went to finishing school. You are judged by everything you've done in your life, where you've been, who you've worked for and who you've spent time with. It's how insecure people determine their supposed “superiority” to you. And it's total crap. But, it still influences women enough to fuck up your love-life. How?

Women are judged by their associations (i.e. boyfriends and/or husbands). Naturally, few women want a mate they have to explain or, worse, make excuses for. So it's no surprise many mothers still advise their daughters, “It's as easy to fall in love with a rich man as it is a poor man.” Which kind are you?
