i was with a man for a year, we have a home togather and a cat. He was the best friend that i ever had we laughed loved and cried togather. he supported me going to school, and i helped him with so much i thought we were going to grow old togather. i love him. but found out that he has been lying to me and cheating on me the whole time

it's happened to the best of us. just remember, that's his issue with trust and commitment -- not your issue in any way. you are not less of a woman, or less of a lovable person. the advice on this site is good too -- if men go with someone different, that doesn't mean she's "better" just different. it means that you need someone "different" to grow old with, which you will find.
it will get better with time.
