My boyfriend of 7 years dumped me

My boyfriend of 7 years dumped me on the phone without even explaining to me. He just said "I have changed and I no longer have feelings for you". Only one week before, he wrote that he loved me so much, we had a nice dinner together...and now, he's gone, he didn't even want to discuss the break up. What a jerk! I still can't believe he acted like that. I feel so sad, broken, depressed, and I just hope I can come out of all this pain one day.
