So, I guess I'm kind of different. Probably not unique, but a little different. See, I don't care if a guy ca lavish riches on me. I care that he can take care of himself money wise, cause I know I can't and won't, but I really would like a card he made himself, with a little effort, than him going out and buying a 7 dollar piece of cardboard. Chocolates are nice, but spending 20 dollars for a 10 piece luxury set is, well, not impressive. If I ask if something makes my butt look big, well, I don't have much of a butt so it's probably me wondering if I need to get my glasses changed. Actually, I don't remember asking that one except as part of a joke I sometimes tell. Oh, and as for what car you drive, don't give a damn. Don't care if it is a car. I like hanging out with guys. I play video games. I don't need to get dressed up all the time, but I do take care of myself and don't look like a bum when I go out.

So, I hang out with guys, get along with them better than women for the most part, and I hear it again and again and again. We're not that picky, we don't want a gold digger, no high toned woman to use us as accessories, we want someone who will hang out with us and play video games and watch sports. Yup, and who do they date? The gold digger, the high toned broad who wants a man to match her, who isn't interested in anything they actually enjoy doing. Who controls and twists their lives then drops them like something that crawled out of a gutter, quite often torn up and with their self confidence and image in shatters.

So one of them gets the bright idea that he wants me.

He starts hanging out with me more, which I'm cool with. Then he starts dropping little hints, you should wear makeup more, don't you want to go do something besides video games

the guy is a hard core gamer by the way, i thought he was sick or dying and wasn't going to tell me when that set of hint came out

started taking me out to eat, wouldn't let me pay which I just thought was because he had gotten a raise and knew I was tight on cash at the time.

So me and the guys are hanging out, drinking and playing poker, and one of them asks if we're dating. I flip out, of course we're not dating! Good god he's like my little brother to me! He looks pissed, I figured it was because of the question.

So a few more weeks go by, and I'm starting to get REAL uncomfortable around him. His comments are NOT welcome, I'm getting real offended and I don't want to hang out with him.

One of our friends makes a pointed comment "You know he likes you". I'm not interested. Never was, never will be. And then it all hits me, he's been trying to date me.

Trying to get me around to his side of things, oh, and not as myself either. He's been trying to get me to act more like those high toned cunts he swore he'd never date again. Mr. I won't date a woman who'd try to change me because that's wrong, trying to change me to suit him.

So I stop hanging out with him. Took a good year before I could deal with being anywhere near him.

So yeah, you want a girl who isn't like all the others. A girls who's a little bit different. One who's right there by you when you say all women are crazy, and you even might agree that all men are idiots. But when it comes down to it, even if you don't want to change a girl who's just like the guys to a high toned cunt like all the ones who treated you bad, you don't want her to be just like the guys either.

So stop lying already.

Nope, guys do not want what is basically a guy friend that they can fuck. They want a woman. They want what they don't have... the feminine. If you act like a man, you can have lots of friends and fuck buddies, but you'll really limit the pool of guys who want more than that.
