In a nutshell, they cheated on you because you weren’t putting out enough. Enough dopamine, we mean. Specifically, the dopamine receptor gene called DRD4. It’s apparently linked to a tendency toward thrill-seeking, infidelity and unrepentant whoring around. Previously, the same gene had been found in alcoholics, gamblers, and other addicts.
Study researcher, Justin Garcia from SUNY Binghamton University, explained it like this:
The motivation seems to stem from a system of pleasure and reward, which is where the release of dopamine comes in. In cases of uncommitted sex, the risks are high, the rewards substantial and the motivation variable — all elements that ensure a dopamine ‘rush.’
So if you’re expecting your thrill-seeking, excitement addict to stay home and cuddle 24/7 with only you, then you might want to invest in some chains, shackles and an electronic shock fence.

women ARE fucked up
Well, let me tell you this. I love a site like this. I caught my wife cheating on me with a guy in our church, fucked up huh? she was with him for 6 months while I was still on active duty before I retired, fucked up huh? she was basically living with the guy to. I had no proof that she was cheating at the time but, later on I caught her.
I found so much evidence on her and when I confronted her about it she lied to me in my face and said that she wasn't cheating on me,LOL, fucked up huh? she even said she loved the guy while she was married to me, that's really fucked up. Now she tells me that she loves me and I' m the one for her "WTF, which is it? him or me? how can they switch like that??? By the way, we've been married for 15 years, fucked up huh? I gave that woman everything she wanted, I was a good husband, good father and what did I get in
return....nothing....cheating ....hurtfullness.....abandonment....disrespect.
Anyways, Now that I gave her a second chance, only because I have two kids I might add. She thinks everything is "A...OK", fucked up isn't it?
I throw it in her face every time we argue to remind her what she did to this family. I know for a fact if she caught me cheating I WOULD NEVER HERE THE END OF IT, that's how women are. They can do things but we cant. Not me, I let her have it every time and I cuss her out to at the same time.
I'm usually a quiet guy that does not say too much even when I'm mad. My fault to begin with, shouldn't be so nice because women will pick up on it and RUN ALL OVER YOU. So now I'm the way a man is suppose to be a MAN. Let me add that now that this has happened, I'm not bad to her. I just don't take her shit anymore, I speak out when I need to and not hold it in like I use to, and when I dont like something I tell her, that's what I mean when I say "Im the way a man suppose to be. Most of us men when we get married we let the woman do what ever she wants to and we dont say anything even if we dont like it. I dont do that anymore, I voice my opinion and I put my foot down when I need to.
My point is that women are fucked up and don't know what love is. they an mess up and beg for forgiveness and when they get it they think that everything is ok, its not. the person that that they cheated on has to live with the fact she let another man fuck her. Oh by the way, my wife got pregnant to. yeah, add hat one to the fucked up list. Her reason for cheating are NONVALID I might add . stuff like (1) your music (2)your job (3) I thought this and that (4) you got a vasectomy. Let me explain this one: I was about 1 year and a half from retiring from the Navy and she wats another baby, HELL NO! I told her that that was the time for us to have fun and travel and go places, not change diapers. Our kids were 9 and 6. they are growing up and we didnt need anymore kids. She is 42 and I was 38 at the time and she wants to have another baby, fucked up huh?
yeah, I feel like a total jackass for taking her back but, I got two kids to think about. Well, I hope you enjoyed my story and I hope I get some feedback. Its helps me cope with it to tell my story and and to help other men out there that might being the same situation. Maybe I cant prevent another marriage form going down the tube like mine almost did. You should have never taken
You should have never taken her back. Once a cheat always a cheat... She WILL cheat again it's only a matter of time.
Personally I think you're also using your kids as an excuse to not break away from your wife. She screwed you over in the highest order and you still take her back and take care of her? Did you even throw her out the house for a while?
You need to:
1. Speak with an attorney.
2. DNA test your kids to make sure they are yours.
3. Get a full panel STD test (that includes herpes) to make sure she did not expose you to any diseases.

Oh dear, why on earth are you still married to her? Divorce her, there is not one sentence in that entire paragraph that even remotely seems like you still love her. The only thing worse than being cheated on is being in a lifeless marriage, and I'm a product of my parents divorce and it didn't change my view on love and relationships at all, the only thing that I think stuck with me is that I tend to take marriage much more seriously.

I'm so sorry for what she did. Deployments are brutal on military families and she really didn't handle it well. See a lawyer and let her go - the kids shouldn't be raised with this kind of anger and you will never be able to heal with her in the house.
