number one, i dont know where the person who writes this website is coming from. to get girls you must be totally built and shredded. u have to bench at least 300 lbs and have a six pack that can be seen from 100 yards off. its sick to think about since 75% of the women in america have the bodyfat percentage of lulu the hog. i have money, and every other quality on this site. and ive never had a girlfriend my entire life because im not built like rambo. yes, they are that shallow.

Well, here is one girl that is not shallow! I look deeper. The mind, the intellect is what attracts me.

Nah man, you don’t have to be super ripped or buff to get a girlfriend. I have an overweight friend who has a beautiful brown-haired, blue-eyed girlfriend. You know what I think one of the big things that helped him out? His sense of humor. He’s pretty damn funny.

Trust me being built like a roman god isn’t everything. Maybe for some chicks. If you want those chicks then I guess you should go to the gym more often.

I’ve never had a girlfriend either, it’s a bitch. I’ve came close once, but I wussed out and I will never forgive myself for that. Just try to improve all areas of your life and keep your eyes open.

yeah, to be honest I’ve had some pretty good-looking girlfriends in my life – my most recent girl was drop-dead gorgeous and I’m a good 50-60 pounds over my ideal weight. A lot of people looked at us weird cause they probably thought she should be with some super-ripped, super handsome guy but she was really into me for a while, she thought I was handsome and funny and smart and all of that stuff. Granted, it didn’t work out in the long run, but it wasn’t because of the physical stuff. There’s lots of really attractive women out there who aren’t shallow – sure there are plenty of shallow chicks, but believe me there’s some great ones who will gravitate toward your humor and personality and kindness and that sorta stuff over body-fat percentage (and money, too – don’t get caught up in trying to ‘buy’ a girlfriend). Certainly there is nothing wrong with trying to stay at least somewhat physically fit, especially if you don’t feel good about your appearance, but you don’t have to be some musclehead to get chicks. And believe me, you don’t want the kind of girls who go for that and that alone. They’re losers, and they won’t stick with you anyways.

I thought most guys that were totally ripped/buff were gay anyway?

Chicks dig confidence. And yes, a sense of humor is a wicked way of getting to know women. I know on both counts…I’m not the cutest of the seraphim, but I’ve dated extremely attractive women (including a Miss Poco), and it all has to do with attitude.

Back in uni, things are even better…I’m in overload at the choices.

Agreed. Uni is where all the REAL women are at. Confidence will always get you places. As I call it, it’s always about the realness factor. People can see right through people.

To the poster, if you’re still fixated on physical features, then you get exactly what you deserve. Attitude is everything, pick the right one.

Excuse my ignorance, but what’s a “Miss Poco”?

Port Coquitlam is the name of a city in British Columbia, shortened to Poco for the natives who are too lazy to pronounce more than two syllables. They used to have a beauty pageant, and the winner was crowned Miss Poco (like Miss America).

Cool — a beauty pagent winner. I think you are too modest. Attitude is important, but brains, confidence, sexiness and kindness attract a hottie potatie like that.

LOL…me? Modest? Oh, if my friends were on the boards right now…*chuckle*

Let’s put it this way…the term arrogant has been used as an adjective for me quite often in the past, because I ‘m well versed in my limitations, and have enough faith in my abilities to attempt (and usually do reasonably well at) anything I endeavor. The problem, if you ask the people around me, is that I’m not daunted by anything and therefore lack humility, and my usual success is enough to reinforce the cockiness within. Ironically enough, it was my parents who taught me never to hide my abilities and always do things as best I can…and when it led to this attitude, they were the first ones to jump on me about my arrogant attitude. 😀

Hee hee. Just goes to show what you miss being online rather than in person. It’s funny, but you don’t come across as arrogant on the site, just confident.

I’m overly aggressive, determined, and confident. People always see that as arrogant for whatever reasons. Meh.

Well, it’s one of those things that can be a boon and a bane. It usually doesn’t get in my way because I’m not pretentious about it, and anyone that has an issue with it obviously isn’t the one for me.

Of course, aside from being blessed with confidence and a sense of humor, when I was young my Fairy Godmother offered to give me either a long penis or a long memory…I can’t remember which one I chose though…:D
